Policies and Procedures

Introduction
Formally adopted October 2013, this group of Policies, Procedures and the related Appendices is meant to serve as a supplement to the COMSEP bylaws. The documents which follow are meant to offer greater detail on the major operational functions of COMSEP. Policies and Procedures may be amended with a majority approval of the Executive Committee and need not come to a full membership vote. Appendices may be modified by project or Task Force leaders at the request at the direction of the Executive Committee and need not be voted upon. The most up to date version of COMSEP Policies, Procedures and related Appendices will be housed by COMSEP’s management organization, Degnon Associates. COMSEP owes a debt of gratitude to Drs. Michael Dell and Jennifer Koestler, former members of the COMSEP Executive Committee who, in 2012, began the process of collating numerous draft policies and drafting new language in order to codify COMSEP’s Policies and Procedures.
