Below, you will find a drop down menu of nine categories you may choose to enter your scholarly activities. The categories are:

  • Curricula and Instructional Materials
  • Educational Assessment Tools
  • Presentations at Local and National Meetings
  • Honors and Awards
  • Publications: Articles
  • Publications: Books
  • Publications: Book Chapters
  • Grants
  • Participation in Local and National Advisory and Review Committees

Choose a category in which to make your entry and press “continue”. For each category, you will see a text box. You will not need to enter your name and institution in any category as this information will be automatically populated in the final report.
Enter your bullets in the text box one at a time. After submitting a bullet point, click “continue.” You will then see the new bullet point added to your list of activities.
To update an item, click “edit” next to the item. To delete at item, click “Remove”
You may enter your scholarly activities/information for as many categories as you wish.
You will be making an entry that will appear in the final report similar to this:

    • Curriculum development for a new 1 week course for first year medical students to experience the hospital setting and examine the health care team.
    • Curriculum development for a new clinical core (third year clerkships), advanced studies (fourth year) and intersession courses at the University of Colorado
