COMSEP introduces the inaugural Leadership Course in 2027 just prior to the COMSEP Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. 

Designed specifically for pediatric undergraduate medical educators, the program provides a unique blend of in-person sessions, small group virtual learning and two years of longitudinal coaching from trained leadership coaches. By the end of the program, participants will have designed and implemented a leadership project, expanded their professional network, and developed practical skills in communication, change management, strategic thinking, and educational leadership. 

Who is the course for?  All COMSEP members who desire to grow as a leader. We embrace the multi-level learning that characterizes the undergraduate medical education experience. If you are an emerging leader, this course is for you! If you are an established leader, exploring what is next and how to continue to grow, this course is for you! If you are curious about what it means to be a leader in the undergraduate space, this course is for you!
