1. Report all major initiatives completed or underway, separated into the following categories:

a) Presentations, b) Projects, c) Workshops, d) Equity Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening, e) Collaborations with other COMSEP Collaboratives or Committees

a. Presentations (Title, Presenters, Venue such as COMSEP or PAS)

b. Projects (Goals & intended outcomes, Project team members, Timeline, Product(s) such as publication, tools, resources)

c. Workshops (Title, Presenters, Venue such COMSEP or PAS)

d. Equity Impact Assessment (EIA) Screening (For each initiative listed above, indicate if EIA was applied and key insights from screening)

e. Collaborations with other COMSEP Collaboratives or Committees (For each initiative listed above, indicate if other COMSEP collaboratives or committees were involved)

2. Summarize member engagement over the past 6 months and outline plans for the upcoming year.(Required)

Report: Number of virtual or in-person meetings Communications (discussion board usage) Planned engagement strategies and events for next 6 months

3. Identify the support or resources needed from the Board of Directors

Examples might include: Guidance; Connections to other groups; Administrative or logistical support; Funding or technology needs

4. List any questions, concerns, or items for which your collaborative seeks Board of Director guidance.

5. Update website description of your collaborative – we will also use these descriptions in annual meeting materials and outreach to attendees to get involved!(Required)
