COMSEP Coach Program Facilitator Application

Application deadline: February 11^th

The facilitator(s) will

• Assist with the development and delivery of the Fall in-person program.
  • The major focus for the facilitator is to support COMSEP COACH participants in small group learning sessions as they explore a coaching approach
• Attend four virtual longitudinal coach sessions
• Assist with the development and delivery of the virtual Spring capstone program
• Participate in program evaluation

Program Administration:

• Facilitators will serve as the administrative leads for the COMSEP COACH.
• These facilitators, in addition to their other responsibilities will:
  • Prepare an annual report for the COMSEP Executive Committee
  • Present to the COMSEP Executive Committee as needed
  • Review and advise the COMSEP Executive committee related to budgetary issues
  • Liaise with Degnon team regarding logistics of the program

Qualifications:

• Graduate of COMSEP COACH course or a coaching certificate program (not a professional coach training program).

Term:

• 3 years, renewable upon mutual agreement
